Chinese Master Chefs Gold Medal Dinner

Chef Huang Wuhun, executive chef & culinary director of H.L. Peninsula Catering Group, was joined by international and Canadian Chinese Master Chefs to create a memorable culinary dinner celebrating the 6th annual Chinese Restaurants Awards. This banquet took place on April 23rd, 2014 at Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver. Chef Huang demonstrated his cooking prowess serving guests with his signature B.C. Geoduck Steak with Supreme Sauce.
