Chef Huang Wuhun, executive chef & culinary director of H.L. Peninsula Catering Group, was joined by international and Canadian Chinese Master Chefs to create a memorable culinary dinner celebrating the 6th annual Chinese Restaurants Awards. This banquet took place on April 23^rd, 2014 at Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver. Chef Huang demonstrated his cooking prowess serving guests with his signature B.C. Geoduck Steak with Supreme Sauce.
